Ali R. Fazel
Ali Fazel was born in Iran, attended school in Spain and England before his family immigrated to the United States. Ali is fluent in Farsi, Spanish and English.
While earning double undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics, Ali also worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, gaining valuable experience in the banking industry, for which many of his clients have benefited.
In 1999, Ali earned his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, and soon after in 2004, began a partnership with Robert Scardino, establishing Scardino & Fazel.
For over a decade, Robert and Ali have worked diligently to build a firm where clients come first, calls are returned the same day, a solid understanding of the law is paramount and justice is taken seriously.
Ali is hands-on, methodical and dedicated. He manages a busy practice and a large caseload with a vigorous approach. Ali continues to actively practice in both state and federal courts and is licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States Federal District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas as well as the State of Texas. Ali is certified to handle capital cases in federal and state courts and has done extensive appellate work, including writs in both state and federal court.
